Common questions
What’s a session, and how does it affect my bill?
A session is one continuous stretch of a user interacting with your MCP server. We group events by user and client, and start a fresh session after 30 minutes of no activity. We only ever bill you for sessions with actual activity where the agent tries to make tool calls to help the user. If the agent just connects to the MCP server we do not bill you for those sessions.
What if I go over my session limit?
On Free, if you haven’t added a card, recording pauses at 500. Your existing data, dashboards, and replays all keep working. Add a card and it keeps going at $40 per 1,000 sessions. Growth gives you 2,000 sessions a month, then the same overage rates as free. Enterprise runs on a volume you commit to up front, and if you go over we’ll reach out first, nothing suddenly cuts off.
What’s the difference between Free and Growth?
Free gets you 500 sessions a month, 60 days of history, 1 project, and up to 3 teammates. Growth ($160/mo) bumps that to 2,000 sessions, 180 days of history, unlimited projects, up to 10 teammates, and adds Issues & Error Grouping.
When does it make sense to go Enterprise?
Usually when you want a committed volume at a better rate, longer history (2 years), and the security and control stuff: SSO and SAML, audit logs, exports to S3, Snowflake, or BigQuery, priority support in Slack, and an SLA. It’s billed annually on an invoice.
How does the LLM Goals add-on work?
It’s $90 a month, which covers 1,000 classifications. After that it’s $60 per 1,000 classifications. You can add it on Growth, and it’s already included with Enterprise.
How long do you keep my data?
Depends on your plan: 60 days on Free, 180 days on Growth, and 2 years (or shorter if you want) on Enterprise.
Do I need a card to start? Can I cancel anytime?
No card needed to start on Free. Growth is month to month, so you can cancel whenever you want. Enterprise is an annual plan.
